As Technical Director for Concord FC and the Northern Soccer Chautauqua Soccer Association Recreational Program Coach Gondek oversees the curriculum and instruction for hundreds of boys and girls and their coaches in Northern Chautauqua County. Additionally, as the men’s coach at Fredonia State University Gondek has compiled an impressive 181-147-34 record including four trips to the SUNYAC championship game, eight to the SUNYAC semi-finals, three ECAC championship appearances and two NCAA tournament appearances including a run to the NCAA Elite Eight in 2005. His eighth season with the men’s program was his fourth shot at the SUNYAC Championship, this time claiming the conference trophy. Coach Gondek has coached three All-Americans, 21 All-Region players and 57 All-SUNYAC players under his tenure. He holds a USSF “A” Coaching License, the highest available coaching license in the nation. Additionally, he holds a USSF National Youth License obtained in the summer of 2012.
